The amount you will spend equates to only $30.00 per session, if you either pay in full or pay monthly, this is including your constant nutritional guidance. The amount you will spend for the Weekly Deal equates to $35.00 per session.

In this program, you will get

  • 1 hour of individual training, 3 days a week, any days of your choice, Monday through Friday, at any available time from 5am to 7pm, for a total of 90 consecutive days
  • A personalized, quality, nutrition plan and daily nutritional guidance. This plan is very specific to your goals and semi-specific to your blood type
  • 24/6 messaging access with a guaranteed 2 hour response time from 5am - 6pm, Sun- Fri
  • A free .pdf download of 'Commit to Your Health' Written by Brennan & Gaby Falks (coming soon!)
  • A 17% discount when paying in full or monthly, in comparison to the weekly deal
  • An education to last a lifetime beyond your 90 day program, in both fitness and nutrition so you can maintain your accomplishments

Things you will Need for home visiting sessions or live video sessions

  • Set(s) of Dumbbells or resistance bands (we can make due with only a few weight ranges/resistance bands, but the more weight ranges, the better the potential for your results)
  • Minimum 6x6 feet of floor space
  • Any 'smart' device: phone, tablet, computer (video sessions only)

Things we would Prefer for you to have for home visiting sessions or live video sessions

  • Dumbbells ranging from 5lbs. to 40lbs., or multiple resistance bands
  • Pull up bar
  • Yoga mat
  • Tablet or Computer for easy to view video sessions (video sessions only)
  • A free download of the mobile app 'MyFitnessPal' find it here for iOS or here for android. (This app is a great tool to track your nutrients each day and keep you focused/aimed at your goals, we will walk you through how to use it.)

* If sessions will be done in your gym we simply require that you have guest pass privileges in addition to your gym membership. This option is only for those who live in the Phoenix, AZ metro area.
